アフィリエイトサイトの種類と特徴

アフィリエイトサイトには大きく分けて「トレンドアフィリエイト（トレンドブログ）」と「特化型アフィリエイトサイト（特化型ブログ）」と呼ばれる2つのやり方があります。

それぞれの特徴を見ていきましょう。

トレンドアフィリエイト（トレンドブログ）

トレンドアフィリエイトとは、話題のキーワードを狙ってアクセスを集めて稼ぐ手法を指します。

時事ネタや話題になったキーワードを狙って記事を書くことでアクセスを集めやすくなり、PV数を伸ばし易いのが特徴です。

アドセンスなどのクリック広告と相性がよく、サイト運営、アフィリエイトがどういうものなのか理解しやすいため初心者にオススメとよく紹介されています。

ただ、その名の通りトレンド、つまり流行のキーワードを狙っているため、流行をすぎればアクセスが落ちやすく、そのため常に流行を追って記事を書き続けないといけないというデメリットが有ります。

トレンドだけ追っていると、ゴールが見えず苦行になり辞めてしまう方がほとんどなので、自分のキャラをブランド化し、トレンドではなく自分のサイトの更新目的で見に来てくれるファンを作るように心がけていくのがコツです。

畑は違いますが2chまとめサイトやYoutuberにもトレンド戦略はよく使われています。

トレンドアフィリエイトは記事を書くのが好きな生粋のブロガーにはオススメできますが、記事を書くのが苦痛って人には苦行でしか無い戦略です。

特化型アフィリエイトサイト（特化型ブログ）

特化型アフィリエイトサイトと言うのは、何かに特化した専門的なサイト/ブログです。

特化しているため、トレンドサイトより圧倒的にアクセスは稼ぎにくいですが、そのサイトに集まったユーザーは非常にそのサイトで取り扱っている商品に興味がある=購買意欲が高いという事になり、収益につながりやすいのが特徴です。

また、トレンドアフィリエイトと比べると、時間とともに情報の価値が落ちにくいというメリットが有ります。

個人的にはこのメリットは非常に大きく、上手くサイトを作ることが出来たら半放置でも収益を生んでくれるサイトを作ることが出来ます。

アフィリエイトで結果を出している人の殆どがこの特価型アフィリエイトサイトをいくつも作ることにより大きな収益を得ています。

デメリットとしては、狙い目の高単価広告（看護師求人、FX、不動産、回線等）はライバルが非常に多く、アクセスを稼げるようになるまで時間を要します。

しかし質の良いサイトを作ればアクセスも徐々に集まって来るので、そこまで辛抱強くやり続けられるかが一番の勝負の分かれ道です。

初心者はどちらが良いのか？

私個人としては練習と割り切るなら「トレンドアフィリエイトサイト」でも良いと思いますが、トレンドアフィリエイトサイトは自分の財産になりにくい（流行がすぎればその記事にしたネタはほぼ読まれなくなるため）ので、どうせならゆっくりでも遠回りでもいいので「特化型アフィリエイトサイト」を作るのが良いと思います。

ただ、いきなり高単価な商材のサイトを作ろうとしても、その商材に対する知識がないと書けないので、まずは自分の１つの趣味の特価サイトを作ってみってはいかがでしょうか？

釣りが好きな人なら釣りのサイト、ゲームが好きな人ならゲームサイトといったように、楽しく運営しながらサイト運営のコツを学び、その後高単価アフィリエイトの特価サイトを作るのが良いのではないかと思います。
